Tesha's life journey has taken her from being adopted in a home where she was abused mentally, emotionally, and physically to fitness training and teaching other women how to overcome obstacles by doing God's work to encourage and motivate others. She teaches women how to be Godpreneurs in business, by turning their problems into opportunities of purpose for God's kingdom. Tesha overcame her childhood psychological trauma from being mentally, emotionally, and physically abused by empowering others, speaking life into them, and showing them how their problems and pain were destined to empower many people to seek a greater call for the Kingdom of Heaven. Her message is that the enemy came to steal, kill, and destroy us in the hopes that we would die spiritually, but we are here to push back the kingdom of darkness and reclaim everything that has been taken from us. Our childhood, abuse, sexual assaults, brokenness, death, and even salvation are all part of our story. We are the voices that will speak out for God's Kingdom until Jesus returns.
Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Worship While You're Waiting Because There Is Breakthrough On The Other Side
Welcome! As you begin reading this page, may God grant you health, happiness, good spirits, and energy! Additionally, I pray that you experience feelings of gratitude, vigor, and motivation because life is challenging and we need to connect with positive energy daily and allow it to flow through us. I am a woman of God and I wrote the Goddes Warriors Handbook. I love to support and uplift others spiritually. I'm a fitness instructor who also enjoys helping people feel fantastic and healthy. I provide a lot of natural nutritional advice and train women virtually. I am a spiritual blogger and Godpreneur businesswoman who loves graphic design and being creative. I have been in fitness, sales, and marketing for over 15 to 20 years.
In addition, I also possess tenacity, desire, and persistence. I really believe in persevering through difficult circumstances because, if I don't give up, something spectacular might be waiting for me on the other side. In addition, I'm a mother to two wonderful kids.

I was born in New Jersey and lived my early years there. By the time I was four years old, I was in foster care, and at ten, I was adopted. My adoptive mother mistreated me verbally, emotionally, and mentally. I was told that I was ugly and stupid and that I would never amount to anything or find somebody to want me.
I was warned that I would become just like my heroin-dependent mother, but by the time I was 15, she had cleaned up and transformed her life. I was able to conceal the hurt of being mistreated, unloved, and unwanted for many years.
When I graduated from high school, I lost my blood uncle to cancer, who was the only blood relative who could see me. I grew up feeling ashamed, rejected, and insecure. After his funeral, I was informed that I had to leave since I was no longer wanted there at their home. I use my experience as fuel to inspire others and reassure them that God is always with them, even when we can't feel Him in the shadowy valley.

My life has always included fitness, and I have utilized it to propel me toward purpose. In high school, I competed in the 60, 100, and 200-meter dashes as well as the 4x200 Sprint Medley Relay, Long Jump, and Shot Put. My entire life has been spent working out at the gym. I've witnessed amazing improvements ever since I started working as a fitness coach. Both my life and the lives of the clients I've trained were essentially changed by it! I felt accomplished because I wanted to help people and witness what they accomplished. After knee surgery, I've seen customers regain complete mobility, stop needing cortisone shots, and lose anywhere from 15 to 60 pounds. Others have seen muscle toning, strength gains, and inches lost in just a few weeks. I found it inspiring to see these occurrences firsthand.
I started my YouTube channel Tesha Uniquely Fit H.I.I.T (Healing, Inward to Ignite your Transformation) after experiencing years of verbal, physical, and mental abuse I wanted to find an outlet for myself and for others to express their emotions and triggers. I talk about how to mend a shattered heart, how to endure life's difficulties, sorrows, and afflictions while being motivated, and how to develop an optimistic mindset that can help you transform. My hopes are that people will be free mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, and spiritually.

As daughters of the King, we want everything to be perfect; we want to live a life free of heartbreak, depression, worry, anxiety, and the fear of not having enough to make it through life. We are consistently reminded that we are not where we desire or want to be. Our emotions and people-pleasing at times ensnare us in a web of entanglement as we strive for perfection. We must be absolutely honest with ourselves about the fact that we will experience pain and will go through certain challenges, tribulations, and suffering. God creates hidden small mysteries in our life, revealing a little more of the riddle at His appointed time. Those are what I call “Ah huh” moments. It’s as though a light bulb suddenly turned on and we get another clue to the riddle. There is no victory in numbness to pain, but there is victory when we triumph over our situations. We are the warrior goddesses rising to take a spiritual stance toward overcoming the adversities that come into lives and try to keep us bound in not achieving our spiritual victories of success in God.
