WHAT IS WARRIOR GODDESS FITNESS?
Warrior Goddess fitness transformation is created to inspire and empower women who are in difficult situations and do not have access to a fitness coach, nutritionist, or personal trainer. Warrior Goddess is about transforming the warrior goddess within you. Training your mind, body, and spirit to ignite the fire that is already within you. You are a goddess warrior whom God has created to do mighty and brave things on the earth, and through our training sessions, you get the chance to fire up the spirit of God. Through transforming your body, you will also transform your mind and think what God thinks of you. Our fitness training is to condition your body first and build strength and stamina. This will give you the energy to sustain your physical and mental endurance for longer workouts and other physical activities throughout your day. It will also reduce tiredness and fatigue.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK IS THERE TRAINING?
The virtual training sessions are four days a week depending on where you are physically working out. Each session is a 30-minute session that conditions you to build strength and mobility. Normally most beginners start of training two days a week for about two weeks and then gradually go from three sessions to four. You also have the option to graduate from 30-minute sessions to one hour still giving yourself two days out of the week to train. Your first month will be getting your body used to fitness training.
HOW WILL I CONNECT FOR MY SESSIONS?
Everything is through Zoom Meetings, Facebook Messager, or Instagram Messager. You will be in a group with other women around your age group or fitness criteria. When training through Zoom you get a personalized members ID. When we are on Facebook or IG you will be groups added that you will be in. During these sessions, you can ask live questions, and see and learn how to do the workouts correctly. You will also have the opportunity to interact and connect with others in your group, and have fun all while you sweat and burn calories.
WILL THE WORKOUTS BE CHALLENGING?
Each training has several levels to it. I create workouts to cater to the body no matter what level you are at while giving your body the challenge that it needs. If you have bad knees, back problems, PCOS, or any other health issues, you can first discuss training with your doctor, and then we will have an in-depth discussion about how the low-impact workouts will challenge you to reach your goals. The training is fun so while it may seem like a challenge you will still have a blast getting your workout on with each session being unique and different.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO DO FITNESS?
I love training people because I love to inspire them to reach their goals. Also, everyone has a calling in life; some recognize it sooner, while others take longer to discover it. I started working out, and training for sports events and quickly realized that I wanted to take it rather. I started training people in the gym and realized that I had an anointed gift based on the results I was getting from my clients. I thought I could use this to start my own business and make a fortune, but God had other plans for me. The excitement of training never left me. Still not making the money I was hoping to make for a while, but I realized there was something bigger than just trying to get rich. I reasoned that God must want me to offer more with my services. So I decided to expand my services to align with Kingdom status rather than self-status. In addition to fitness training, I decided to do meal prep, coaching lessons, conferences, and retreats.
WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR TRAINING CLIENTS?
My goal is to give each woman the confidence in knowing what to expect from her training and how I will be able to provide her with the knowledge she needs to maintain her fitness goals. My primary goal in assisting every woman is to educate her on nutrition and fitness. She will gain a deeper level of strength training and condition her body while also having an accountability partner. It will give her the satisfaction of seeing herself as she already is, but on a much higher level spiritually, mentally, and physically. My intention is to help empower and eliminate the false identity of what fitness is from a Kingdom of God perspective. The goal of the Goddess Warrior Transformation Fitness program is to equip the body to be strong and healthy, doing all that God has called us to do while getting healed from emotional, mental, and physical trauma. Because we are God's workmanship we get the chance through this training to be whole spiritually, physically, and mentally.
