If you don't have time to wake up in the morning and get it going let take a break from and get your work out in. HIIT Hard Of Course is a quick high intensity interval training getting the body in a rhythm to burn calories quickly. In these sessions you will active your body to sweat, get pumped, and shed the unwanted pounds that you desire to get rid of. Our training is complete for any size, any age, and any women, the goal is to get you to look not your age.
These sessions are designed with the proper workouts that will transform your body and keep you going throughout your day. Additionally, the workouts will speed up your metabolism, enabling you to continue burning calories for up to 48 hours after your workout. From Monday to Thrusday join me and others from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm and on Friday from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. Also, there are earlier classes than the 8:00 am session.
You can choose to train for 30 minutes at $15.00 a day, or you can add this to your membership. HIIT Hard Of Course will focus on the entire body through HIIT workouts, strength training and Cardio Kickboxing. Come and get committed with your fitness goals.
