A SPIRITUAL WARRIOR IN TRAINING SINCE BIRTH
Tesha's life journey has taken her from being adopted in a home where she was abused mentally, emotionally, and physically to fitness training and teaching other women how to overcome obstacles by doing God's work to encourage and motivate others. She teaches women how to be Godpreneurs in business, by turning their problems into opportunities of purpose for God's kingdom. Tesha overcame her childhood psychological trauma from being mentally, emotionally, and physically abused by empowering others, speaking life into them, and showing them how their problems and pain were destined to empower many people to seek a greater call for the Kingdom of Heaven. Her message is that the enemy came to steal, kill, and destroy us in the hopes that we would die spiritually, but we are here to push back the kingdom of darkness and reclaim everything that has been taken from us. Our childhood, abuse, sexual assaults, brokenness, death, and even salvation are all part of our story. We are the voices that will speak out for God's Kingdom until Jesus returns.

Our virtual fitness, healing and faith ministry aims to empower women spiritually and physically through technology. Our mission is to foster an inclusive online community by providing accessible and meaningful experiences that encourage spiritual growth, healing, and physical strength. Our goal is to connect women from diverse backgrounds who are seeking spiritual growth, healing, and fitness through virtual events, engaging information, and creative activities. Our goal is to bring relationships together and giving God all the glory. Every women is a powerful vessel used by God, but there is brokeness, hurt, lack of confidence and security in their identity it is hard to be on a mission without knowing your mission and that is what our virtual fitness and healing for women is all about. Our online and in person gives a welcoming environment in which individuals can join in prayer, worship, and physical exercises to strengthen their relationship with God and enhance their overall health. Based on our faith's teachings, we seek to inspire a global community to live a balanced and transforming life based on love, purpose, and connection." INTRODUCTION
As daughters of the King, we want everything to be perfect; we want to live a life free of heartbreak, depression, worry, anxiety, and the fear of not having enough to make it through life. We are consistently reminded that we are not where we desire or want to be. Our emotions and people-pleasing at times ensnare us in a web of entanglement as we strive for perfection. We must be absolutely honest with ourselves about the fact that we will experience pain and will go through certain challenges, tribulations, and suffering. God creates hidden small mysteries in our life, revealing a little more of the riddle at His appointed time. Those are what I call “Ah huh” moments. It’s as though a light bulb suddenly turned on and we get another clue to the riddle. There is no victory in numbness to pain, but there is victory when we triumph over our situations. We are the warrior goddesses rising to take a spiritual stance toward overcoming the adversities that come into lives and try to keep us bound in not achieving our spiritual victories of success in God.
