These foods and beverages are made specifically to aid in weight loss, fat burning, bodily detoxification, good skin, inflammation, and immune system support. Tuesdays are dedicated to getting you "Charged Up"! It will also help you detox yourself from the toxins that come from things, people, and food. Tuesday's Detox Yourself sessions will edify you and offer you the assurance that you can triumph over your circumstances and become the person that God has called you to be. This is all done through working out, training, and transforming the body, mind, and spirit. These workouts will also result from HIIT cardio and strength training. It is to increase your inward and outward strength by gaining lean muscles that will develop from regular fitness exercises, and as a result, fat cells will decrease.
You will sweat and burn fat while engaging in low-impact exercises, metabolic training, strength and resistance training, and more. Additionally, your body will sweat away impurities and detoxify elements within your body that have been accumulated for a long period of time from life situations and old eating habits. You'll get the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical boost you've been yearning for with Goddess Warriors Transformation Workouts.
Each Goddess Warrior Transformation 30-minute workout targets a different part of the body and combines exercises that build stimulation and muscle with challenging workouts that enhance your fitness and mindset. Boost your energy with rep-based supersets using a combination of body workouts, and push your fitness with tri-sets at a higher intensity level. The exercises include the usage of resistance bands and your own body weight. Every week in our Detox To Strengthen Yourself Tuesday workouts we will focus on upper and lower body strength and agility development while also strengthening our core muscles.
