Our top priority should always be to live a God-centered lifestyle. We go to church and fit God into our little box and expect Him to do big things while in our little box, but this has to change by 2022 if you want to walk in God's abundance. This isn't just something to do at the start of the year; it's something to do all year. In 2022, I have made it a point to seek God on the first of every month by fasting and praying for 21 days. At all times, we must come to God expectantly. God says He is a rewarder of those who seek Him diligently, and it is impossible to please Him without faith. Over the next seven days, we will delve deeply into seeking God's presence and why it is critical for believers to entrust their lives to God in fasting and prayer.

As a fitness trainer, it is my desire to see everyone in the best shape of their lives. Not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. This is a multi-million dollar business, and everyone benefits from it except those who are less fortunate or those who want to have a coach but can't afford one and therefore must figure it out on their fitness routine on their own. For years, I heard people say you can make a lot of money doing this, and in my heart, I thought yes, but God had a different direction for me and this fitness business. My spirit was telling me that others needed to be healed, that they needed to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle, and that they needed to know how to eat the right foods to heal their bodies. After much time without clients and a freeze from God, I decided I needed to obey and live my life the way God intended and do what He was telling me to do. I made the decision to devote my time, talent, and gifts to my calling and serve my community in a way that will strengthen the Kingdom of God for His purpose and glory. To fight spiritual battles, we must first strengthen our bodies in the natural realm physically, mentally, and spiritually.
